Memo to Dealers

Payment of invoices

To ensure that we continue giving you the best possible service when collection or delivery of hot tubs and/or accessories is required we respectfully suggest that you choose one of the following options

  1. Payment by cheque – please make sure we receive this at least one week before collection or delivery is required.
  2. Bacs payment – This usually takes 3 days to appear in our account. Your Bank should  not charge you for this service.
  3. Chaps payment – If payment made before 2pm (Banks may differ) then payment is shown in our account on the same day.  Your Bank will charge you for this service.

As you know our policy is that our warehouse staff are not authorised to release any hot tubs or accessories for delivery or collection until they receive instructions from our accounts department that we have received cleared funds in our account, unless any special arrangements for payment have been agreed.
